A man from Sywell accused of stabbing his partner in the neck with a kitchen knife has been granted bail on condition he does not enter Northamptonshire.
Mark Winsbury, 49, appearing from custody at Northampton Crown Court, entered a not guilty plea to wounding with intent, allegedly committed on September 1.
He was granted bail by Judge Rupert Mayo until his trial with conditions that included a ban on entering the county, unless to attend court, ban on contacting his partner, a curfew, and surrender of his passport.
