Howdenbeath secured their fifth win when they swept aside Outlet Sports 5-1. John Byrne, Phil Wilson, James Stryjek, Craig Bounds and James McDermott got the goals, Craig Lee replying for Sports from the spot.
JWC Athletic also netted five as they saw off AC Squirrels Reserves 5-1. Craig Eason netted for the Duston side but James Moore (2), Jason Bailey, Brett Parry and Delroy Kilburn were all on target for JWC.
Division three’s match of the day between Crown & Cushion and Golden Horse was abandoned after 20 minutes following a bad injury.
FC Locomotiv Moulton took advantage and closed the gap to five points with a 3-0 away win over Brafield United thanks to goals from Kyle Daniels (2) and Mitch Austin supporting.

Obelisk Reserves came out on top of a nine-goal thriller at Standens Maestro, winning 6-3.
Rory Corrigan, Kieran Rolfe and Gavin Harding scored for Maestro but Obelisk went three better with efforts from Shaun Walsh, Jack Cargill, Carl White (2), Ash Draper and an own goal.
In division five, Craig Miller got the vital goal to give The District all three points in a 1-0 win over Vesta.
Northampton Hotspur were also celebrating after a 1-0 win, Daniel Hawksworth getting the goal to down FC Locomotiv Moulton Reserves.
Abington Stanley welcomed another three points with a 2-0 win over Victoria Park Rangers Reserves, Tomasz Swiergul and Max Andrews getting the goals.
Chris Smith scored twice to ensure FC Gallery Reserves took a point in a 2-2 draw with Thorplands Club 81 A.
Sixfields Rangers moved up the table with a 5-0 win over struggling Spring Park, who are still waiting for their first point.
Grant Collins, Jamie Stevenson, Connor Ryan, Connor Leason and Chris Collett all netted one apiece.
