A man charged with murdering a 48-year-old in Abington has this afternoon appeared before Northampton Magistrates’ Court.
Kristian Kopco, aged 21, of Adnitt Road, is charged with the murder of Timothy Keam in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
His address was given as Sears House, where the body of the victim was found by officers at around 3.30am.
Mr Keam also lived in Sears House.
Wearing a dark t-shirt, Kopco appeared before court shortly after 2pm and spoke only to confirm his name and address.
He entered no bail application and the case will now be heard at Northampton Crown Court next week.

“Enquiries are ongoing and we are still appealing for anyone with information to contact us.
“This is an isolated incident and we continue to strive to make Northamptonshire a safer place.”
