Peterborough all but sealed the Hevey Building Supplies Northamptonshire Cricket League title with a win over their nearest challengers.
They brushed aside Northampton Saints as Paul McMahon’s outstanding bowling turned the match on its head.
Marcus Stoinis had top scored with 37 as Peterborough compiled a steady 194-7 in their 55 overs.
But it looked a reachable target - especially when Saints moved to 73-2.
However, McMahon ripped out the middle and lower order on his way to figures of 11.3-2-17-7 as the last eight wickets fell for just 30 runs.
It means Peterborough are now 74 points clear at the top with four weekends of the season left.
Finedon Dolben remain in third after a comfortable victory over Stony Stratford.
Will Sneath, Primesh Patel and Jack Chopping took three wickets apiece as Stony were dismissed for 111 despite number eight Kevin Wijesinghe hitting 52.
Earlier Jon Dunne had made 59 in Finedon’s 183 all out.
The game between Brixworth and Rushton was the only other fixture to produce a result.
Callum Berrill and Alex Lacey both made 59 in Brixworth’s 222 and Jon Carpenter’s loan hand was not enough to save Rushton as they slipped to 150 all out.
A fine performance by Mehul Adatia could not inspire Burton Latimer to victory in a high-scoring game with Wellingborough Town.
He made 59 in their 258-5 - Alistair McClure added 58 not out - before taking 5-64 in the reply.
Christian Davis made 118 for Boro with skipper Ed Turnham’s 32 the next highest score.
But despite getting within 17 runs of their target, the last pair had to negotiate 24 balls between them to secure the draw on 241-9.
There were only 16 runs between Wollaston and victory but they too had to settle for a share of the honours against the Academy.
County fast bowler Olly Stone hit 57 at number three in the Academy’s 218-9.
Opener Matt Jones batted through the reply making 82 not out from 174 balls but, with eight men down, they could only reach 202 at the close.
George Arblaster’s 52 was the only half-century of Old Northamptonians draw with Horton House.
It needed some stubborn tailend resistance from the House to deny their visitors, though, as they hung on nine down on 172. ONs had posted 217.
