A PENSIONER has had her appeal against a conviction for harassment thrown out by a Crown Court judge.
Dr Hilary Wynne Williams, aged 67, of Marseilles Close, Duston, was found guilty at Northampton Magistrates’ Court earlier this year of shouting abuse at her neighbour, slamming doors and banging on the walls to such an extent that she made “her life a living hell”.
Her appeal was dismissed and she will be sentenced next month for a breach of a conditional order next month.
