Northamptonshire’s Yorkshire Bank 40 clash with the Netherlands was over before it began this morning.
Persistant rain meant the game was called off without a ball being bowled about an hour before play was scheduled to start.
It means a wasted journey to Rotterdam for the County who could not even manage the 10 overs of cricket achieved by Holland and Sussex on Monday.
They are back in action on Sunday when they travel to New Road to play Worcestershire in their next YB40 match.
