A man remains in a “critical” condition in hospital after he was found with head injuries in Northampton on Saturday night.
Detectives have today asked for witnesses to come forward after the man, aged 35, was discovered at around 11.30pm in Talavera Way, between Lings Way and Lumbertubs Way.
He was found with head injuries and is currently in a critical condition in Walsgrave Hospital.
Police are trying to establish what happened to him.
Officers are particularly interested to speak with a man who was seen to stop and help him.
He is described as a 6ft white man, in his 30s, of slim build, who was driving a small, metallic-coloured hatchback.
