The owners of Burger King in Northampton have applied for permission to stay open until 5am at weekends.
Documents submitted to Northampton Borough Council by the fast food chain show the Market Square restaurant would open from 9am until 9pm from Sunday to Thursday, but stay open until 5am on Fridays and Saturdays.
