Police have discovered a large drugs factory at a property they raided in Ardington Road, Northampton.
The cannabis factory was discovered yesterday morning at the property on the corner of Wellingborough Road and cannabis plants, at various stages of cultivation, were seized.
Equipment used to cultivate cannabis was also seized.
A 59-year-old Northampton man was arrested in Park Avenue South on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and possession of an offensive weapon.
A 20-year-old Northampton woman was also arrested yesterday afternoon on suspicion of conspiracy to cultivate cannabis.
A third arrest was made earlier today when a 53-year-old woman, also from Northampton, was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis.
All three are in custody at the Criminal Justice Centre in Brackmills.
Police were still continuing searches at the address this afternoon.
