A man who faced a charge of pleasuring himself in Northampton’s Market Square has been extradited.
Linas Kelpsa was due to appear at Northampton Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday but the court heard he had been thrown out of the UK.
Kelpsa, aged 43, formerly of Kettering Road, Northampton faced a charge of outraging public decency in the incident, which took place on April 16.
The court heard three separate hearings had been cancelled as the defendant could not be located, before it was discovered he had been extradited. Interpreters had been booked for each hearing. It was not disclosed to which country Kelpsa was sent.
