Police have today revealed details of a robbery in Edith Street, Northampton in which five men forced their way into the victim’s home.
The 50-year-old victim was assaulted when the gang forced their way into the property before escaping down Woodford Street.
The incident happened between 11pm and 11.30pm on Wednesday, June 19.
One of the offenders was described as a white man, in his mid to late 30s, with a large build. He was about 6ft 4in with long dark hair in a ponytail and he was wearing a black leather jacket and black jeans.
Another offender was mixed race, skinny, aged between 18 and 21 and he was wearing a black hooded top and a black hat.
A third man was described as dark-skinned and he was wearing a black hooded top with light grey trousers.
