Burglars looted a home in the St James area of Northampton, stealing a crossbow, a machete as well as Star Wars memorabilia and around 400 children’s DVDs.
The break-in happened in Peverel’s Way, between 8.30am and midnight on Wednesday, July 17.
Police say the burglars broke into a garage by forcing a garden gate. Once inside, they stole several items and then entered the house and stole further items.
A Northamptonshire Police spokesman said: “Items stolen included Star Wars memorabilia, power tools, around 400 children’s DVDs, a DVD recorder, a black pistol grip crossbow, a Louisville Slugger baseball bat and a machete.”
Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the burglary or been offered the stolen items.
