Successful boss Glenn Botterill has stepped down from his role at UCL Premier Division side Sileby Rangers due to personal reasons.
Botterill, along with assistants Matt Green and Tim Wooding, leave Fernie Fields having steered the club to the UCL Division One title last season.
Sileby won the title thanks to a record of 30 victories from their 36 matches, fending off the challenge of ambitious AFC Rushden & Diamonds.
Botterill and Co were all set for a tilt at the UCL top tier this season, but the management team, who helped Long Buckby claim premier division glory in 2012, have now departed.
“I’m going to have a few weeks off and recharge the batteries,” said Botterill. “I’ll go out and watch a few games.
“There won’t be any jobs available at this time of the year so I’m just going to sit back and see what happens now.”
