Police are trying to reunite a silver bracelet found in Northampton with its rightful owner.

The bracelet was found on November 14 last year and officers have made several unsuccessful attempts to find the owner.

The silver bracelet is square with a hinge fastening and is engraved with the words ‘Nan forever in my heart’.

Penny Loveridge, an enquiry desk clerk at Campbell Square police station, said: “We’ve tried over and over to find the owner of the bracelet, unfortunately to no avail.

“The bracelet is dedicated to someone’s grandmother, with their birthday and the date they passed away engraved inside. It is clearly of great sentimental value to the owner and we would love to be able to reunite them with the bracelet.”

Anyone who thinks the bracelet may belong to them is asked to call 101, extension 344783, or email penny.loveridge@northants.pnn.police.uk

Proof of ownership will need to be provided, including knowledge of the dates engraved inside the bracelet.
