Brixworth All Saints turned in a superb performance to storm into the final of the NFA Junior Cup.
The villagers took on Peterborough Northern Star Reserves from the United Counties League, and ran out 3-1 winners.
Adam Knight scored twice and Ben Foster once to secure a fantastic win.
DIVISION ONE
Clipston travelled to Heyford Athletic and were on the wrong end of a 4-0 defeat.
DIVISION TWO
Weedon endured a nightmare day.
The leaders took on bottom-of-the-table Higham Town and were hammered 5-1. It was only their second defeat of the season.
DIVISION THREE
AFC Rothwell seem to have found their form with a 4-0 win over Corby United making it their seventh consecutive win.
Desborough & Rothwell United’s game went ahead due to the use of a 3G pitch,and they beat Northampton AFC Obelisk 4-0.
A close game between Wellingborough Aztecs and AFC Shamrock saw Shamrock edge it 3-2.
RESERVE DIVISION TWO
Spratton Reserves racked up another win as they saw off West Haddon Albion Reserves 2-0.
Men on the mark were Steven Brown and Taylor Wilson.
STAR AWARD
THE Duston Garage Star Award this week goes to Brixworth All Saints for their Junior Cup win over PNS.
