Two companies who sub-contracted a 21-year-old roofer who fell to his death have been acquitted of failing to ensure his health and safety.
Daniel Hollington died when he fell through a warehouse roof in Round Spinney, Northampton, on October 30, 2007. Stephen Rich, of SR Rich Industrial Roofing Ltd, and D Hammond Ltd, were acquitted.
