A motorcyclist who died over the Bank Holiday weekend when his bike crashed into an oncoming car close to the village of Watford, in Northamptonshire, has been named by police.
The victim has been formally identified as Andrew Buss, aged 43, of Willow Crescent, Market Harborough.
The fatal crash happened on Saturday, at about 1pm on West Haddon Road.
Mr Buss was driving a silver Aprilia motorcycle behind a white Ford Transit van towards West Haddon from Watford village.
A police spokesman said: “For reasons as yet unknown, the motorcycle collided with a black Vauxhall Astra travelling in the opposite direction.
“The rider of the motorcycle, a 43-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.”
