A ‘chubby’ arsonist is believed to have been one of two men who wore balaclavas and set fire to a wheelie bin in Northampton.
The fire, in Gallfield Court, Bellinge, went on to cause “significant damage” to fences and sheds nearby on Friday, between midnight and 1.30am,
A Northamptonshire Police spokesman said: “Two offenders set a wheelie bin on fire. The fire spread to nearby fences and sheds causing significant damage.
“The offenders are described as white men. One was of a chubby build and about 5ft 5in. The second offender was slim and about 5ft 11in.
“Both men were wearing black balaclavas.”
