Two women have been charged in connection with neglect at a residential home in Olney, just over the Northamptonshire border.
Henrietta Offae, aged 41, and Titlayo Ajala, aged 55, have each been charged with 19 counts of wilfully neglecting a person without capacity.
The charges relate to incidents at Westlands residential home in High Street, which serves parts of south Northamptonshire, between 18 and 19 of August 2012, where the women worked as carers.
Offae has also been charged with possessing an identity card for use of a passport to gain employment.
The charges follow a joint investigation involving Thames Valley Police, social services and senior managers at the home.
The women are due to appear in court on December 18.
