A silver urn containing the ashes of a burglary victim’s late husband were stolen in a break-in in Northampton.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the burglary, which took place on Friday between 5pm and 5.30pm, in London Road, Far Cotton.
The burglar broke into the house by smashing a back window.
Once inside, they stole a men’s Rotary watch in stainless steel, a Wildfire S phone, two gold rings, as well as an urn containing ashes of the victim’s late husband.
The items belonged to the victim’s late husband.
Other stolen items were found in Delapre Park, however, the urn remains missing.
