One vehicle was seized and nine more were given warnings or fines as police officers helped to lead an operation to tackle lorries in Northamptonshire.
Police, together with officers from Daventry District Council and VOSA, ran Operation Mermaid near the M1 motorway at Crick yesterday.
As part of the operation, three vehicles were given immediate prohibitions, three vehicles were issued with delayed prohibitions, while three more motorists were issued with fines.
